Gary Beecham: Well, it was to learn something I didn’t know. It’s just like when there would be some Italian master working up at Penland, I would go up just, you know, and watch a little bit and learn a whole lot that way. So, you know—and I was making—I worked making paperweights in a factory, and also I made some of my own paperweights. So this was a chance to learn a lot more about paperweight making.
